A classic 2 panel door that comes in raised and field and flat panels. The door is 44mm*838mm*1981mm and weighs 32kgs so provides a solid “close”, providing the enigmatic sound of a solid timber door.
The styles included in this period owe their origins to an eclectic mix of revivals with the introduction of Middle Eastern and Asian influences. The period is representative of the traditional British and French custom of naming architectural styles for a reigning monarch. Within this naming and classification scheme it follows Georgian and later Regency architecture and was succeeded by Edwardian architecture.
A solid lipped door 44mm thick, with machined panels, original period designed bolection moulds and primed is ready for installation. The doors are a mixed softwood laminated core of pine and spruce with a resistant face. Additionally, they have acoustic capabilities up to 37db and comply with BS EN 100771 – 2006/12 offering thermal properties up to 1.6W/m2k.
